PAYMENT:
I charge by the hour, by the day or project [plus travel & expenses as required]
half to be paid in advance, the balance to be paid on delivery of the film/video.
Payments accepted in: cash, cheque or postal money order.
DISCLAIMER:
[All rights will be held by the customer regardless of any signed contract]
Upon request, a contract will be provided by Christopher Foulsham guaranteeing total privacy and sole ownership of any and all material produced for the customer.
If, however, the customer fails to pay the balance of the amount owed in full on delivery of the film/video, then the customer forfeits all rights/titles to the produced material to Christopher Foulsham.
